Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer same-day exchanges for deliveries within Nairobi and its surrounding areas, where applicable.

  • For customers outside Nairobi, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging (where applicable), and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only offered for small size variations or if an incorrect carpet was delivered due to human error.

  • No exchanges or refunds are available for in-store purchases.

Refunds

​

  • Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will promptly inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account based on your original payment method. The time it takes to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies or payment method.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
